WEBSITES
We make websites that bring an offer into focus, give people confidence and create a obvious next step. Strategy, words, design and technology are planned as one piece of work.
WHAT’S INCLUDED
Everything a site needs to earn attention and hold it
Structure and content
Information architecture and words planned together, so every page has a job and a next step.
Design and build
clear layout, type and motion, built to be accessible and easy to read on any screen.
CMS and editing
A content model your team can update confidently without breaking the design.
Performance and search
Fast pages, clean markup and the technical detail that helps people find you.
OUR APPROACH
Built around your business, not a template.
From information architecture and content to accessible interfaces, CMS setup and integrations, we shape the site around the points where people need the site: being found, being understood and being easy to work with. The outcome is a site your team can maintain and your customers can trust.
HOW WE WORK
A build that stays clear from first call to launch
01
Agree the audience, the offer and the pages that have to do the work.
02
Design the key pages first, so the direction is settled before the detail.
03
Build, test on real content and launch with a plan for keeping it current.
THE BUILD, IN ORDER
Five stages, and you always know which one you are in
A website project only feels chaotic when the order is wrong. Copy after design, launch before checks, training after everyone has forgotten. This is the sequence we run every time, and what lands at the end of each stage.
01
Scope and sitemap
Week one
We agree what the site is for and how many pages it actually needs. Most briefs arrive with too many pages and not enough decisions, so we start by cutting: one clear action per page, and a sitemap that a stranger could navigate without being told.
YOU RECEIVE
An agreed sitemap with a purpose per page
One primary action defined for every page
A content list showing exactly what is needed from you
Copy comes first, because a layout designed around placeholder text has to be redesigned once real words arrive. We write or edit the page copy, tighten the headings, and get the offer stated plainly before anything is drawn.
YOU RECEIVE
Page copy written or edited, ready to sign off
Headings that carry meaning when skim-read
Metadata and page titles written for search
02
Words before layout
Week one to two
03
Design in the browser
Week two to three
We design with real content at real widths, on a mid-range phone as well as a desktop. Type scale, spacing and a small component set are settled here so every later page assembles itself instead of becoming a fresh design problem.
YOU RECEIVE
Desktop, tablet and phone designs with your content
A reusable component and type system
Interaction and motion decisions, kept restrained
The build is done in Framer with a properly structured CMS, so your team can publish without asking us. Anything that repeats becomes a collection rather than a hand-made page, which is what keeps a site cheap to run.
YOU RECEIVE
A responsive build tested on real devices
CMS collections for anything that repeats
Forms, tracking and integrations wired up
04
Build and CMS
Week three to four
05
Launch and training
Week four to five
We check speed, links, metadata and redirects before anything goes live, and we handle the domain and certificate work quietly. Then we sit with your team while they publish a real page, including the awkward one with a table in it.
YOU RECEIVE
Pre-launch checks: speed, links, redirects, metadata
Domain, DNS and certificate work handled
An in-person CMS training session
Documentation written for the person publishing
AFTER LAUNCH
Hosting is a risk decision, not a line item
Nobody thinks about hosting until the site is down, the certificate has expired, or the only person with the password has left. We hold the keys as a convenience rather than as leverage: your business owns its domain, its content and its analytics, and leaving is deliberately easy.
Managed hosting
Fast global hosting with monitoring
We usually know before you do
Staging environment for bigger changes
Backups and recovery
Automated backups, retained sensibly
Restores tested rather than assumed
A written recovery route, not a hope
Domains and certificates
Domain registered to your business
Certificates renewed before they lapse
DNS documented in one place
Speed and health
Quarterly speed and link review
Image weight kept in check
Load order checked, not just scores
Monthly edits
An allowance of content and layout edits
New pages built to the existing system
Copy tightened as the offer changes
CMS training
A working session on your real pages
Publishing practice, including tables
Refreshers when the team changes
